It all started in 1890, where Hasapaki was a butcher shop. From our love for the profession and the process, your love for us, a decision was made. There wasn’t and still isn’t any shop that starts from the beginning of the process, i.e. butchering, cutting, cooking, and goes all the way to serving. We decided to make the first shop that – with its mastery – will serve the right meat.
We love our customers and want to have them with us forever. We choose the best meat to cut, “paint” it in cooking, and serve it ready to enchant the taste buds of our guest. We’d say it’s a taste comparison challenge on the island.
We are also posting content! Michalis, our butcher. will start doing tutorials and more about how to cook meat, how to choose the cut of it and many more. We will also provide a lot of info posts, and thing you are going to love!
